Kent's award-winning landmark restaurant is located just across from the Kent Green in the heart of the charming Litchfield Hills. Renowned pianist Dolph Traymon and his wife Audrey opened the Fife 'n Drum Restaurant on January 20, 1973, and subsequently established their Inn and Gift Shop in the early 1980's. Today, the Traymons, along with daughter Elissa Potts, continue to maintain their personal commitment to fine food, good music and attentive hospitality, as they move into their 40th year of operation.
